Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: April 23, 2026
1. Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) forms part of the XRToken.ai Terms of Service and binds all users of the Platform, including business customers, channel partners and their end customers, in respect of any call made through the Platform to any AI model, video generation service, advertising service or other Platform service. This AUP applies in conjunction with the Terms; where the two conflict, the more restrictive provision governs.
Violation of this AUP may result in immediate suspension or termination of the offending account, revocation of API keys, denial of refunds and referral to law enforcement where required by applicable law.
2. Absolutely Prohibited Uses
The following uses are bright-line prohibitions. An account found to be engaged in any of them will be terminated immediately without prior warning:
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). Generating, retrieving, distributing or in any way facilitating sexualized content involving minors, or any text, image, audio or video material that constitutes child sexual abuse. We operate a zero-tolerance policy and will report such material to the appropriate authorities as required by law.
- Non-consensual deepfakes of real persons. Generating synthetic images, video, voice or other content that could reasonably be mistaken for a specific real person (including public figures, private individuals and minors) without that person's clear, informed consent. Sexualized or degrading deepfakes of real persons are prohibited without exception.
- Targeting or directed at minors. Using the Platform to target advertising to minors or to generate content intended to market goods or services to minors, except for legitimate educational use cases delivered to minors under the explicit consent of a parent or guardian.
- Weapons and CBRN instructions. Generating actionable instructions for the manufacture of weapons, including conventional weapons and chemical, biological, radiological or nuclear (CBRN) weapons — such as synthesis routes, weaponization parameters or detection-evasion techniques.
- Political manipulation and election interference. Using the Platform for political campaigning, party propaganda, election interference, fabrication of statements by candidates or officials, mass-production of fake voter feedback or polling. Undisclosed large-scale AI-generated content on political topics is prohibited.
- Serious physical harm or self-harm. Generating content that promotes, glorifies or provides actionable guidance on suicide, self-harm or infliction of serious physical harm on others.
3. Prohibited Business Models
- Automated bulk social posting (content farming). Using the Platform to drive unreviewed, automated bulk posting of generated content to social-media platforms, search engines, forums or comment sections is prohibited. Any advertising or marketing content published to public channels must be reviewed by a human before publication; we do not offer, and will not assist with, automated bulk-posting services on behalf of customers.
- Fraud and misrepresentation. Using generated content to impersonate others, fabricate credentials or qualifications, commit financial fraud, telecom fraud, false advertising or deceptive commercial practices.
- Unauthorized scraping and data resale. Using the Platform to conduct unauthorized large-scale scraping of third-party websites, services or data sources; repackaging Platform outputs as a standalone “AI data service” for onward resale.
- Circumvention of Platform safety controls. Circumventing or attempting to circumvent the Platform's rate limits, quotas, content moderation or any upstream model-provider safety filters.
- Training data collection for competing products. Systematically querying the Platform to collect model outputs for the purpose of training or fine-tuning AI systems that compete with the models accessible through the Platform.
4. Pass-Through of Upstream Provider Policies
The Platform is an API aggregation gateway that routes your requests to various third-party AI model providers. When you invoke a specific model through the Platform, that provider's usage policy applies alongside this AUP, and a violation of the upstream policy is equally a violation of this AUP. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with the relevant upstream policy before submitting a request.
Non-exhaustive examples:
- Users of Anthropic (Claude) models must comply with the Anthropic Usage Policy (https://anthropic.com/aup).
- Users of OpenAI models must comply with the OpenAI Usage Policies (https://openai.com/policies/usage-policies).
- Users of Google Gemini models must comply with the Google Generative AI Prohibited Use Policy (https://policies.google.com/terms/generative-ai/use-policy).
- Users of ByteDance / Volcengine Seedance and similar models must comply with the applicable Volcengine service terms.
Where an upstream policy differs from this AUP, the more restrictive provision applies. Upstream providers may, directly or through the Platform, impose enforcement measures against users found to be in violation of their policies.
5. Channel-Partner Pass-Through Obligations
Channel partners (including resellers, distributors and technical service providers) who make the Platform's services available to their own end customers must:
- pass through the full set of prohibitions in this AUP and the applicable upstream provider policies in their contracts with their end customers;
- apply KYB verification to their end customers at the same standard the Platform applies to its direct customers;
- remain jointly responsible for consequences arising from their end customers' violations of this AUP; and
- respond accurately and promptly to any Platform inquiry regarding the compliance posture of any of their end customers.
6. Reporting and Enforcement
If you become aware of any use of the Platform that violates this AUP, please report it to [email protected]. We will review and take appropriate action as promptly as practicable.
We may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, suspend API keys, pause services, freeze account balances or terminate accounts found to be in violation of this AUP. Consumed credits are non-refundable in such cases.
7. Policy Updates
We may update this AUP from time to time to reflect changes in law, upstream provider policies or our safety practices. The current version is published on this page; material changes will be communicated via in-Platform notice or email. Continued use of the Platform following an update constitutes acceptance of the updated AUP.
